Tables and Graphs

My table was relatively easy to put together because I was able to use R to create it. As I only had 3 categories to show differences between, it was easy to translate my data into a graph that showed these differences. All of my data points were relatively close together as well, with no significant outliers that made my graph hard to plot.

I made a graph of the average Shannon-Weiner Index of each zone I designated with error bars, then I connected the points with a line. I then overlayed in the actual Shannon-Weiner Index for each sample in each zone, to clearly show the variation and clustering of those data points in each zone.
