My data collection is going well and I find that it really works well compared to my initial attempt at data collection.
The only thing that I will have to figure out is how to translate my data collection into something graphable.
Right now I am letting myself estimate how many leaves are on a tree. I make educated guesses by knowing how much certain numbers of leaves look like. For example, I group 5 leaves together and count 5 at a time. However, since I can’t physically count or touch the leaves I am counting my numbers are a very good estimate because it is nearly impossible to get the numbers correct.
So I need to think of a way to make my data graphable and I need to figure out how I want to represent it.
