Hello, I choose to go to Winnipeg, Manitoba’s Assiniboine Park for this project. I pick this park since it features a zoo and is one of my all-time favourite places to visit.

Many well-known attractions in this park, including English Gardens, The Pavilion, and the stunning gardens, inspire visitors to spend time outside and engage in physical activity. I went there on Sunday, April 9, at 1:30. With the snow finally melting, Winnipeg’s temperature of 3 degrees was rather pleasant.

This park is quite diverse, and polar bears live here as well. I saw a couple squirrels and a Canada geese during my stay.

From the perspective of the project, the following three questions are interesting:

  1. In the spring, is this park friendly to squirrels or geese?
  2. Which plant species are prevalent in the conservancy?
  3. What distinguishes this park from the others in the city as being so diverse?
