For my field experiment again I visited Lakelse Lake Park and I noticed that there are many taller trees nearest to the berry plants. Berry plants are smaller than those trees. There are many big trees Western hemlock, red-cedar , wild crab apples around the berries these trees stop the sunlight to the berry plants. I also found that there are many small plant species under and nearest to the plants of berries.

There are also many other plants like fire-weed, skunk cabbage and horse tail. I also noticed and added many other new species into my field project of design reflections. There are many small organisms living under the berries in the wet soil because there is no sunlight over there because of taller trees.

I also noticed that there are many new berry plants that grow under the berry plants through ripen berries that fall down under and new plants grow from the seeds of the berries.

I did that experiment in the afternoon. It is a busy place and many people visit there for camping and enjoy summer. The water of the lake is moving towards the south direction. I was excited by watching the jumping of sockeye.
