I sampled 10 replicates in each of my three studied habitat zones, sticking to the rule of 10 for replicates. I have had no problems soo far implementing the sampling design. Soo far the pattern i have noticed seem to stick to my hypothesis, which is good. The means of each habitat zone in regards to number of White clover seem to follow my predictions. They fall as you transition from grassland to ecotone to wetland.
