Blog Post 6: Data Collection
Create a blog post describing your field data collection activities. How many replicates did you sample? Have you had any problems implementing your sampling design? Have you noticed any ancillary patterns that make you reflect on your hypothesis?
My field data collection has been repeated twice- once being early June, and another at the end of July to capture the early growing season as well as full bloom. I firstly described too many sites to incorporate the power of 10 so instead I went with 10 replicate sites for each different proximity to trail which included 4 categories. I found patterns of species for each categories which I had expected to see.
