Blog post 2: sources of scientific information

The title of the article is “Pollination ecology and breeding system of two Calceolaria species in Chile” written by Maureen Murúa, Jannina Cisterna & Benita Rosende. The journal it is in is called Revista Chilena de Historia Natural. DOI of the article: https://doi.org/10.1186/0717-6317-87-7

The article is an academic peer-reviewed research material. My reasons for this classification are: All the authors are experts in the field of biology & ecology. The article contains in-text citations and there are references/bibliography at the end of the article. Thus, making this an academic material. Using Ulrichsweb ( http://ulrichsweb.serialssolutions.com.uml.idm.oclc.org/ ) I discovered that the journal has referees thus is peer-reviewed. Experiments were conducted and the whole article explains the findings of said experiment thus this is a research material.
