How many replicates did you sample?
I sampled 15 replicates – collected data from 5 quadrats along a gradient once a day for three consecutive days.
Have you had any problems implementing your sampling design?
One of the days I sampled was slightly more cloudy than the other two (which were clear blue skies), so it was harder to quantify the level of sunlight exposure variable on that day. Although, since it was equally cloudy for all the replicates that day, I think that it won’t effect my overall results since all the replicates were equal.
Have you noticed any ancillary patterns that make you reflect on your hypothesis?
The amount of wind of the sampling day seems to have a significant impact on the presence of/frequency of pollinators.
Yes the wind observation is a good one and wind speed would be a good thing to observe, measure and note. Certainly, as part of Discussion you may want to not suggestions for future type research
