Type: Peer-reviewed, academic research material

The source is academic since the authors are experts of the field. They are affiliated with the University of Wisconsin and have been paid to do this research. The text also contains in-text citations and a bibliography. The article is peer-reviewed. There were no acknowledgements section in the article, but I went to the journals website and it states that all articles published by them go through the peer-review process. The study is research rather than review since the authors completed their own study with results and data.
