Design Reflections

I will be using observation as my method of collecting data in this study. The method of collection will be pretty similar to the module 3 data collection method. I had difficulty going on the trail as the terrain was uneven and the weather was rainy and windy. So there were a lot of leaves from tree fallen down on trail. I was expecting to see more salish sea gulls but I did not saw them. I think that should be due to the decrease in people visiting the trail and less sunlight since last few days. I will again try to visit the park in the upcoming days to see the possible change in the activity of sea gulls. Whereas  my hypothesis states that certain plants can survive the cold, more flourish throughout the summer. I wont be able to wait until summer for the data as my course will be expiring before that. I will be focusing partially on the sea gulls behaviour on the sea coast as well as the plants in the area. As the trail is connected to the ocean, it will be a good way to observe floura and fauna lifestyle. Whereas I will also observe the increase in moss with the waterfall due to rain.
