Organism of Study:
The organism or the biological attribute I propose to research on is the butterflies in the urban parks in Vancouver.
Observations:

Time: 1240-1640
Location: Vancouver Urban Parks.
Weather Conditions: Warmer today: High of 23°C, mostly sunny/ partly cloudy, no wind and no precipitation. There are butterflies living in the Parks. most of them are observed along the flowering plants in the flower gardens as well as in the open meadow areas; nevertheless, butterflies are also seen in other park zones. Regarding the places where the butter-flies are sighted within the park, I observed that these are present in the whole park, how-ever, they are in large numbers in areas that contain many flowering plants and little human intervention.
I am using three parks that are within the Vancouver Urban Parks system. The three sites include; Stanley Park identified as Site 1, The park of the Queen Elizabeth identified as Site 2 and VanDusen Botanical Garden as Site 3. All these sites have various flowering plants and pathways for laying; they are all surrounded by developments, and human activities are happening at different degrees.
