Theoretical Perspectives
In this post, I will discuss the theoretical basis of my research project on butterfly populations and the ecological processes involved:
Ecological Processes:
1. Habitat Preference: It benefits the understanding that butterflies appreciate various plants rather than just flowers since they serve as food and breeding grounds.
2. Disturbance: Some activities carried out by human beings impact the abundance and distribution of butterflies on the earth.
3. Pollination: Despite being undersized and delicate, butterflies help pollinate, which is essential in plant distribution and the growth of plants in ecosystems.
Research Keywords:
· Butterfly Ecology
· Habitat Disturbance
· Pollination Dynamics
These theoretical perspectives aid in siting my study within other ecological theory frameworks and give the basis for understanding the relationships in urban park ecosystems.
