6. Data collection process -Within each selected square-Plant survey using sample method to ensure consistent area of each square to facilitate comparison of data. In addition, I recorded environmental factors for each quadrat, such as soil type, slope, and light conditions, so as to analyze the relationship between plant distribution and environmental factors. -When conducting the sample method survey, we used a systematic random sampling method to ensure that the plants within each sample square were investigated evenly. First, we divided several quadrats of 1 square meters within each quadrat, and then recorded information about the species, number, height and cover of all plants within each quadrat. For difficult to identify plants, I take photos and record the survey species type- -take three samples from different waters at different distances in different directions, so as to avoid errors.
