The authors of the report appear to be students of Simon Fraser University and prepared the report as part of a capstone project. It does not appear that the report was peer reviewed. At first this lead me to believe that this document constitutes non-peer reviewed academic material. However, since I would not consider fourth year university students to be ‘experts in their field’, I changed my mind and determined that this document should be classified as ‘non-academic material’.
