Three replicates for each site A with Deciduous Trees and Shrubs with artificial bird feeders, Site B with Deciduous Trees, and Shrubs close to water stream, and Site C with coniferous trees were sampled.
As per the study design, the samples were collected between 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Sunday Mornings for three consecutive Sundays (October 2, 2022; October 9, 2022, and October 16, 2022). The temperature conditions were normal for all sampling days.
Challenge: The number of birds visiting the site could be the same birds during the study time. There is no specific way to trace the birds visiting the site.
The patterns are intended based on the hypothesis and reflects it correctly as of now. The birds population is higher on deciduous trees and shrubs compared to coniferous trees.
ah yes. birds fly around for sure!
usually these is compensated by keeping the observation period at a given point or plot quite short – 5 to 10 minutes. helps keep track of birds and prevent double counting.
