For my scientific source, I chose the review paper titled Acid rain and it’s ecological consequences by Anita Singh and Madhoolika Agrawal.

After reviewing this paper, I have classified it as academic, peer-reviewed review material. This paper is written by two authors through the Ecology Research Laboratory of Banaras Hindu University; therefore it can be concluded that it is written by experts in the field. In addition, it contains in text citations and a full bibliography, which contains many citations from other experts in the field. Following the flow chart presented in the tutorial, I was able to determine this article is peer-reviewed by referring to the journal in which it was published. The paper did not explicitly state who it was reviewed by however, The Journal of Environmental Biology is a peer-reviewed international journal, that follows publication policies where articles and papers must be reviewed by at least two individuals who are experts in the field. The source does not report the results of a field or lab study, therefore is not research material. However, multiple tables from previous studies are present to support their hypothesis.
