My data collection has been going smoothly. I have been able to find time almost every day to spend approximately an hour doing spot counts across the three locations in my study. I have collected 10 replicates so far out of the 30 I plan to collect.
I have not run into any issues with implementing my sampling strategy. It is producing good data that is related to my hypothesis. I believe that I have a good design to test my hypothesis and that my data will prove very useful when it comes to time for analysis.
great to see you following the ‘rule of 10’, which looks at 10 replicates per stratification (or treatment area).
