Design Reflection; Systemic Sampling

One of the difficulties in implementing my sampling strategy was figuring out which one of the sampling methods worked for my experiment. At first,  I tried using random sampling but later realized that it did not cover set locations with specific soil types.  Instead, I switched to systemic sampling, and the data collected was just as I predicted.

I will continue to collect data using the same technique however the only modification will be to increase my replicates to minimize errors. As well as make longer transect line, that covers larger geographical area.
