Observation of abundance pellet count of the herbivores has been considered as one of the most crucial field information in this research. Herbivores are known for digestion system which is based on mutualistic gut flora and for that reason; the pellet has been selected for the observational perspectives in the following research. Through observing these data for years significant changes in the richness of pellet has been identified in the research. In this regard, pellet count of Geese has been changed most abruptly. In 2019, pellet count of Geese has been counted for 32 in both Fen and Ridge. The number has been reduced to 20 by 2021 and 2022. On the other hand, Geese pellet count has been identified to have a slight increase in Fen region with a slight reduction in Ridge area from 2021 to 2022.
H1: In association with time, significant changes in the herbivores richness in an area can be changed.
Explanatory variable: Differences in herbivores richness
Response variable: Changes in pellet count
What is influencing the pattern in herbivory in your hypothesis? Again, this post is missing some required details
Geese pellets are an interesting topic to research. It is a subject that encompasses various aspects, such as the history, cultural significance, and conservation efforts surrounding Geese pellets. Exploring this topic can provide valuable insights into their ecological role and potential applications in different fields. How about your research and hypotheses? By examining the variations in geese pellet size in different habitats, such as fen and ridge, your research can shed light on how the richness of these pellets changes over time. This analysis could provide valuable information about the ecological dynamics within these habitats and potentially contribute to our understanding of geese behavior and their impact on the environment. Additionally, investigating this aspect could have implications for conservation efforts and habitat management strategies aimed at preserving geese populations and their ecological role.
Hi!
Your topic on geese and pellet count sounds really interesting!
A few suggestions I would have for your hypothesis would be to reword it into a more testable statement. It might make it a bit more clear on exactly what you are trying to find out as there is no indication of the pellet counts in your hypothesis. I am also curious about how you are measuring herbivore richness. Are there other herbivores you are using in your study?
I look forward to seeing more posts on your study!
