The hypothesis for my field research project is rooted heavily in ecological processes such as environmental stressors, specifically contamination, and the effect of edges as they relate to vehicle pollution and moss distribution in my front yard. Additionally, my project has the theoretical basis to talk about issues surrounding conservation and the use of moss as a bioindicator for environmental health.
The significance of this topic and study lies in its potential impact on future conservation management of roadside edge habitats. Furthermore, this study could serve as a foundation for further research into environmental and species health in roadside edge environments. The three keywords I would ascribe to my field research study are contamination, edge effects, and environmental stressors.
Sounds like a good suite of topics for your introduction?
